I have 12+ years of experience building and scaling customer success in high-growth startups. I was employee #1 and led CS at B2B2C social impact startup FreeWill, scaling from pre-seed → Series B and growing CS to 70+ people while supporting growth from a dozen to 1,300+ customers ($25M ARR). I was also the first CS leader at storyarb (cofounded by Alex Lieberman of Morning Brew) and I'm currently advising Series A startup Boost My School. I partner with founders who are still personally owning customer relationships, hiring their first CSM/CS lead, promoting someone into CS leadership who needs coaching + structure, and/or scaling CS beyond reactive support.
