I understand the behavior of founders and sales reps with the pressure to close and grow. I believe that the Vision must be bought in by all people within the organization having OKR, goals and individual metrics utlizing appropriate sales tools so that all win in the game of goal attainment. Having started and grown 2 companies, helped grown multiple organizations for over 25 years in Sales and leading local and global sales teams allows me the opportunity to be a great value to founders.
